Individual Counseling
If you are a teen or an adult struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and/or grief and loss, and you are interested in counseling services, please feel free to contact me with questions or to set up a free, 1/2 hour consultation to see if my services can support you and/or someone close to you in a journey towards health.
When paying cash at 'time of service' my fee for individual counseling is $150 for the therapeutic hour. I am credentialed with Pacific Source Commercial, Regence BCBS, Providence, and Cigna. All equine-facilitated sessions are contracted and billed through Healing Reins.
Supervision
If you are a working towards licensure, and you are interested in supervision services, please feel free to contact me with questions or to set up a free, 1/2 hour consultation to see if my supervision services can support your professional growth.
My fee for supervision is $150 for the hour. How many session monthly depends on your caseload and can be adjusted as needed.
Contracted Therapy Services with Agencies
If you are an agency or organization and you are interested in Dance/Movement Therapy, Equine Assisted Mental Health, or Embodied Dance for the clients your agency supports, I am available to contract with. I offer workshops and groups depending on your agency's needs. Price for these services are negotiated per agency.
In the recent past, I have contracted with Rimrock Trails; serving adolescents and young adults with substance use and mental health services, New Leaf Academy; a private therapeutic school for girls, and Cascade Crest Transitions; a residential treatment center serving young adults in transition. I have also contracted with agencies in Colorado such as Imagine; serving adults with developmental disabilities, Shiloh House; serving at-risk youth with PTSD and emotional regulation, and Northstar Transitions; serving adults struggling with addictions.
